PROBLEM
The "Integrated Automated Banking System" (IABS) software complex is a new product that is designed to automate all aspects of a commercial bank's financial and operational activities based on modern information technologies. The IABS is a Fido Business product. Fido Business has approached us to create a complete interface for IABS and to shape its UI component.
SOLUTION
Our team received the request from Fido Business to design the user interface for the Integrated Automated Banking System (IABS). The primary goal was to create an intuitive and efficient interface that would enable bank employees to seamlessly navigate the complex system. The UI design aimed to incorporate the latest design trends while ensuring a user-friendly experience for individuals with varying levels of technological proficiency. To achieve this, we conducted extensive research on the specific needs and preferences of the bank's employees, taking into account their daily tasks and the most common actions performed within the IABS. We then crafted a comprehensive user interface prototype that emphasized clear navigation, streamlined workflows, and a visually appealing layout.
UI COMPONENT
The UI design prioritized simplicity and clarity, incorporating a consistent color scheme and intuitive icons to guide users through the various functions and modules of the IABS. We also focused on creating a responsive design that would adapt seamlessly to different devices, ensuring an optimal user experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
RESULT
Throughout the design process, we maintained open communication with Fido Business, regularly seeking their feedback and incorporating their suggestions to ensure that the final UI design aligned with their vision and requirements. By prioritizing user experience and functionality, we successfully developed an interface that streamlined the complex operations of the IABS, enabling bank employees to efficiently manage financial and operational tasks with ease.
