Trastpay – “Trastbank” tomonidan individual mijozlarga masofaviy bank xizmatlarini ko‘rsatish uchun ishga tushirilgan rasmiy mobil ilova. Tashkil etilganidan so'ng Trastbank mijozlar bilan ishlash va o'z biznesini kengaytirishni faol davom ettirdi. Biroq, O‘zbekiston iqlimi sharoitida ham issiq, ham sovuq kunlarda odamlarning bankka tashrif buyurishi qiyin edi. Ushbu muammoni hal qilish uchun Trastbank Fido Studio kompaniyasiga murojaat qilib, hamma uchun qulay bo'lgan dastur interfeysini ishlab chiqishni so'radi.
YECHIMA
Trastbank mijozlari bilan tanishish jarayonida biz ularning ehtiyojlariga moslashtirilgan Mijozlarning sayohat xaritasini (CJM) ishlab chiqdik, uning asosida biz keng qamrovli reja ishlab chiqdik. Rejaga ko'ra, foydalanuvchi interfeysi u bilan o'zaro aloqada bo'lgan har qanday foydalanuvchi hech qanday muammoga duch kelmasdan uzluksiz tajribaga ega bo'lishini ta'minlash uchun yaratilgan. Biz Trastbankning barcha mijozlari uchun foydalanish qulayligini taʼminlovchi, ularning turli ehtiyojlarini qondirish uchun turli funksiyalarni oʻzida mujassam etgan dastur ishlab chiqdik.

2022-yilga borib statistik maʼlumotlar Trastbank mijozlari sonining sezilarli darajada oshganini koʻrsatdi, bu esa oʻsib borayotgan foydalanuvchilar bazasini hisobga olish uchun yangi boʻlimlarning tashkil etilishiga turtki boʻldi. Kengaytirilgan ilova foydalanuvchilarni birlashtirish va yaxlit bank tajribasini rivojlantirishda muhim rol o'ynadi va natijada Trastbank mijozlar bazasining sezilarli o'sishi va muvaffaqiyatiga hissa qo'shdi.

PROBLEM
Trastpay is the official mobile application launched by "Trastbank" to provide remote banking services to its individual clients. After its establishment, Trastbank actively pursued working with clients and expanding its business. However, in the context of Uzbekistan's climate, it was challenging for people to visit the bank during both hot and cold days. To address this issue, Trastbank approached Fido Studio company to request the development of an application interface that would be user-friendly for everyone.
SOLUTION
During the process of familiarizing ourselves with Trastbank's clients, we designed a Customer Journey Map (CJM) tailored to their needs, based on which we developed a comprehensive plan. According to the plan, the user interface was constructed to ensure that any user interacting with it would have a seamless experience without encountering any issues. We crafted an application that provided ease of use for all Trastbank clients, incorporating various features to cater to their diverse needs.
RESULT
By 2022, statistical data indicated a significant increase in Trastbank's clientele, prompting the establishment of new departments to accommodate the growing user base. The expanded application played a pivotal role in consolidating users and fostering a cohesive banking experience, ultimately contributing to the notable growth and success of Trastbank's client base.
